Vehicle Pass

• 1An official letter to be issued from the investor at Terminal 4 to be forwarded to Incheon Korea for Airports Services (IKAS), requesting a security permit for the vehicle.
• 2A clear copy of the vehicle's registration card must be attached. Please note that the registration card must be valid for at least three months.
• 3If the vehicle or truck is owned by another party, a copy of the contract concluded between the investor at Terminal 4 and the vehicle's owner must be attached as proof.
• 4After all the above requirements are met, the official application and attachments must be submitted in person to Incheon Korea for Airports Services (IKAS).
• 5A special representative is required to follow up on the application and the procedures followed by all relevant official authorities until the required permit is issued and received.
• 6If there is more than one vehicle, a table containing data for each vehicle — including all information listed in the vehicle ownership registration card — must be created. Print the table and attach the same Excel file to a USB flash drive when submitting your application. The files must be in JPG format.
• 7All documents required above must be submitted in high quality and clear format.

• Please ensure that the documents submitted to us are up-to-date.
• Incheon Korea for Airports Services (IKAS) has the right to accept or reject the application depending on compliance with the applicable conditions.
• All documents will be submitted to the relevant authorities. If any request from the relevant authorities to obtain security permits to enter prohibited areas is rejected, the Permit Issuance Department is not responsible.
• As for the date of issuing and receiving permits, you will be notified later once we are notified by DGCA, noting that the availability of permit cards is related to DGCA.
• Any delay in submitting applications from the relevant authorities will result in a delay in issuing new permits.
• The investor must provide a representative to follow up on the procedures for issuing permits from the relevant authorities.
• Please submit permit renewal applications at least 15 days before the expiry date of the current permit.
• Note that permit issuance might take 15 to 20 working days or more, depending on the procedures of the relevant authorities.
• For clarification, permits are issued and fees charged according to the type of application.

• 1Fill up the form below named Vehicle Pass Application Form in Arabic.
• 2Scan the following and send to the Pass Issuance Department in both USB and hard copy: copy of the vehicle's registration license (JPG Format); if the vehicle's registration is under a third party, a copy of the contract concluded between the company that owns the vehicle and the company requesting the permit must be attached; in case of renewal, the current pass copy (both front and back sides) should be provided in JPG format.
• 3Current pass copy both front and back side in JPG format on one page (if available).
• 4All files on the USB should match the order of the application form with the name as per the serial number.

• Vehicle Pass issuance/renewal duration 15–20 working days (or more, according to the regulations at the relevant authorities).
• The validity of the Vehicle Pass is 3 months.
• Upon renewal of the Vehicle Pass, please provide the updated changes.
• The applications will be submitted to the concerned authorities. In case of rejection by the concerned authority for applying the annual passes to enter the restricted and non-restricted areas, the Pass Issuance Department is not responsible.
