Visitor Pass

• 1Valid Civil ID (both sides copy), not less than 3 months validity during submittal.
• 2Work ID (both sides copy).
• 3In case the employee has a residency with third party, a copy of the contract concluded between the company that owns the employee's residency and the company requesting the permit must be attached.
• 4An official request letter from the investing company in Kuwait International Airport - Terminal 4 to be addressed to Incheon Korea for Airports Services (IKAS), requesting a permit and specifying the type of permit required. If there is another party affiliated with the investor requiring a permit, their official request must be attached to the investor's request.
• 5Attach a copy of the official signature authorization of the person authorized to sign.
• 6Job description letter (in Arabic) explaining the job duties that allow entry to restricted areas.
• 7Personal photo (blue background), size 4×6.
• 8Please include all the above requirements in one sheet (civil ID, work ID).
• 9Please fill out the table attached to this circular according to the required information, print it, and attach the same Excel file to a USB flash memory when applying to us.
• 10Please create a folder for each staff separately in the USB with the needed documents mentioned above in JPG format.
• 11All above required documents to be submitted in high resolution and clear copy.

• Please make sure all submitted documents are recent and clear.
• Incheon Korea for Airports Services (IKAS) has the right to accept or reject the application depending on compliance with the applicable conditions.
• All documents will be submitted to the relevant authorities. If any request from the relevant authorities to obtain security permits to enter prohibited areas is rejected, the Permit Issuance Department is not responsible.
• As for the date of issuing and receiving permits, you will be notified later once we are notified by DGCA. The availability of permit cards is related to DGCA.
• Any delay in submitting applications from the relevant authorities will result in a delay in issuing new permits.
• The investor must provide a representative to follow up on the procedures for issuing permits from the relevant authorities.
• Please submit permit renewal applications at least 15 days before the expiry date of the current permit.
• Permit issuance might take 15 to 20 working days or more, depending on the procedures of the relevant authorities.

• Copy of Civil ID (valid more than 3 months) — Front & Back side
• Copy of Company ID — Front & Back side
• Copy of contract between IKAS and Investors

• 1Fill up the form below named Visitor Pass Application form for all members who require the pass.
• 2Scan the following and send to the Pass Issuance Department in both USB and hard copy: Photo with blue background 6×4 (JPG), copy of both front and back side of Civil ID (JPG), third-party residency contract (if applicable), Company (Staff) ID (JPG), Arabic Job Description explaining job duties that allow entry to restricted areas (JPG), and both sides of current pass copy (JPG) if available.
• 3Before sending, keep in mind: one (1) Visitor Pass Application form to be filled by each company; three (3) scanned files shall be made by each company with the filename of staff name; all files on the USB should match the order of the application form with the name as per the serial number.

• Please include all above requirements in one sheet (civil ID, work ID and photo) in JPG format if available.
• The validity of the Visitor Pass is 1 day up to 1 month as maximum.
• Upon renewal of the Visitor Pass, please provide the updated changes.
• The applications will be submitted to the concerned authorities. In case of rejection by the concerned authority for applying for visitor pass to enter the restricted areas, the Pass Issuance Department is not responsible.
